My Dyson upright ball Hoover won't go forward?
My Hoover which is a Dyson upright pushes a little forward & then stops dead & won't go forward, like its hitting an invisible wall & it goes backwards fine
Does anyone know how to fix this? I cannot get it repaired under warranty as I am in malta.
check the ball filter cover is closed right - if its not in the right place will stop the ball .
