Hoover/Dyson help your choice?
Hi my Dyson hoover has finally packed up after 10 years of service. Im looking to purchase another Dyson this time the Dyson ball but Im not sure. I have carpet and laminate flooring in my house so I need a hoover for both floors. Oh and was always using the nozzle on my old Dyson for hoovering near the skirting boards...
Whats your choice of hoover and why?
Can you recommend a good one?

The Mieles came out best in the recent Which? survey but they use a bag and I wanted a bagless. The Dyson roller ball animal hair model (DC25) was a best buy. I just ordered one for £241 from an ebay seller "spares-2-go" who had this rather good price and good feedback. There are slightly lower spec DC25s but I don't know how good they are.
