do you think they will exchange my hoover?
I bought a dyson ball dc24 hoover from argos 8 weeks ago for my new house. My carpet got fitted 4 weeks ago.
The carpet is a very high shag carpet and the carpet keeps snagging on the brush bar and its making it very fuzzy.
The carpet cost well over £2k for the whole house and I dont want it ruined.
Do you think they will let me change it for another type of hoover?
