Is it replacing a Dyson vac motor a job for DIY?
Hi We have a six year old Dyson DCO7 carpet cleaner that's 2nd motor has gone to its maker, would it be a straight forward job to change the motor? I Just hate plastic its seems to fall apart in my hands.
Advice would be much appreciated as I would have to win the lottery to buy a new one.
I have not done this myself but a friend has done it and said it is easy.
