eee nasty hoover wont let me work it! my parents have gone away and i thought i'd be nice enough to vacum the house! but i cant get the dust gatherer thingy off the front of the damn dyson!

yeh its like REALLY full! wont suck anymore! thats the problem when you've got a japanese akita that is molting!!
god i hate that hoover! my mum waited years to get her hands on one, then when the old one broke my dad brought her a dyson. its like a spaceship.. except i think a spaceship would be easier to use!
it the dust gatherer really full? if its not then dont bother taking it off! if it is full, there should be a lever on the front. lift that and in should, with a bit of fource, coma away!
