anyone know where the supposed reset button for beater brush is on dyson animal model dc28?
I have a brand new dyson animal model dc28 I love it except today when I went to use it the beater brush wont turn... it wont even turn freely when turned off... sounds like plastic is rubbing against each other and wont move... Also the light keeps flashing indicating a clog... I took all the hoses ect apart and there is no clog so I am at a loss at to what is wrong... anyone had this issue and have any suggestions? any help would be greatly appreciated!
